Corporate Housing Videos

National Corporate Housing of Charlotte contacted me needing some videos created for some furnished apartments. Their new policy required each property to have a video created for the website. The challenging part about this job was that these properties were only ever vacant for 24-48 hours and only had a day notice when a window was coming up to film.

When I would get a request, I was sent an address and access information and would have to create the video within a day of receiving the request. I was provided with a company iPad to upload the videos to their app after editing.

We partnered with Denton for several months in 2019 and 2020 to have him video tape several of my furnished corporate apartments throughout North Carolina. Drone and lower thirds

The company set forth expectations of cell phone footage. However I like to go above and beyond. I brought in my understanding of cinema and how to start with an establishing shot of the apartment complex. My favorite way to establish a location is by using a drone.

I was later told we in Charlotte had the best videos in the company because I went above and beyond to bring in drone footage as well as a higher quality mirrorless camera stabilized on a gimbal.

On top of the drone work, I was also able to provide some simple lower third work, which are the pieces of information in the lower part of the video. This was another over and above asset that was not capable by other offices in the company.

The Final Product

With only a 24 hour notice for the job, the productions were fast. The client expected only cell phone footage. However I was able to provide over 30 high quality products within 48 hours after the shoot surpassing everyones expectations. Check out a sample below.
